A note from Ray: Quiet visit — the house is in good shape. Wind got up Thursday night and there were small limbs down along the driveway; I cleared them off before I left. The outdoor shower is draining slow enough that I want to keep an eye on it, so I've written it up below with a photo. Heat is holding at 58°F like you asked. Mail and two flyers collected and left on the kitchen island. Back on the 28th.

Findings requiring your attention

Finding #1 · Minor

Observed: The outdoor shower is draining noticeably slower than on the last two visits — water standing roughly 2″ deep and taking about a minute to clear. Most likely sand and hair in the trap; no sign of a leak or a broken line.
Action taken: Pulled and cleared the visible debris at the grate, then ran it again to confirm. It improved but did not clear fully. I did not open the trap — that's plumbing work and outside what I do on a watch visit.
Recommendation: Have the trap pulled and cleared before the season. I can meet a plumber and let them in on any weekday, or handle it on my next visit for the standard hourly rate if you'd rather I try first. No urgency — it drains, just slowly.
